I have always been into sports at a very young age, and started karate training at age of 8 years old, which I continued up until I was 14years old, and obtained my green belt, which with the guidance and support of good training, I won the regional National Championships.

I then joined the armed services at the age of 18, but continued to compete in various tournaments whilst serving, and eventually won National Championships.

After this I moved more into the sport of powerlifting. In 2006 I won gold medal as one of most powerful men. This is when I decided I wanted to take the sport more seriously and dedicated my life to become a professional powerlifter competitor and athlete, where I eventually competing in World Cup and won silver medal.

I gradually moved from powerlifting into the sport of bodybuilding, as powerlifting had already given me a good foundation in building the body I wanted, and this encourage me more to push myself more and see what else I could with my body, whilst giving me the satisfaction of a challenge. So after a few years of hard training and studying about nutrition I decided to compete in IFBB Championship in Iran, at 90kg, and placed 2nd place, winning a silver medal.

Whilst focusing on my bodybuilding, I have also found time to study and became qualified coach/personal trainer, which I continue to practice to this present day. I graduated in 2011 as a certified coach under the IFBB federation.

Coaching is something I enjoy, as I like to help people of all fitness levels achieve their goals and this gives me great satisfaction when I have played a part in helping them achieve those goals. Whilst in Iran I also was the manager of a large gym, so this something I also enjoyed. Always happy to take on new dedicated clients and professional athletes

Since arriving in the UK, I have competed in NABBA North West and was placed 3rd in my class. Winner in 2Bros and PCA Federations. I plan to compete more within the UK.
